Removal and replacements of the main south stair stone steps originally built in 1917. Removal of existing roof materials, structural and masonry repair, installation of new lead coated copper roofing system. Complete renovation of under croft providing meeting and conference rooms, food service area, bride’s room and restrooms. The removal and the replacement of the wood floor in church and altar areas. The repair and replacement of the roof and soffits on the historical school building.
