During construction we recognize the obligation to effectively plan, organize and control the project and keep the owner updated on cost, schedule and active issues. Our cost reports and regularly scheduled updates are incorporated into our monthly reporting system.

When changes in contracts are requested or required, prompt action is taken to minimize the impact of the change on cost and completion date.
