AIA Minnesota presented Gunderson Construction, Inc. with the Honor Award as the general contractor for the Windsong Farm Golf Club House on December 2, 2005.

The St. Paul Heritage Preservation Commission and the St. Paul Chapter of the American Institute of Architects awarded Gunderson Construction, Inc. an award in recognition of the careful and comprehensive exterior rehabilitation of Assumption Church, located on 7th Street in St. Paul, on May 17, 2000.
