Gunderson Construction was selected as the general contractor for a new out-patient sleep clinic. This 12-room sleep clinic was designed to provide low sound transmissions at all sleep room walls and ceilings so clinic staff can monitor patient sleep patterns and diagnose sleep disorders. Site work and storm water management was designed to a higher specification by the D.N.R. as this site was located within a shoreline district. This fall/winter project was completed in 6 months.
